Hazel Ocampo

Hazel Ocampo is an Environmental, Natural Resources, and Land Use attorney who helps clients navigate complex federal, state, and local regulations, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CEQA, Superfund, and RCRA. She regularly conducts audits and defends companies facing government enforcement actions before agencies like the DOJ, EPA, and Regional Water Quality Control Boards, representing clients across industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, metal recycling, and dry cleaning in matters involving air emissions and contaminated soil or water. Before entering private practice, she served at the White House Council on Environmental Quality and held an Executive Fellowship with Cal/EPA under the Schwarzenegger Administration.
